We emphasise on property development with a valid value proposition that is suitable with the existing environment, and complying with the local planning guidelines. The first boutique hotel under Winfar Group opened its doors to business in December 2016.Named B Lot Hotel, the concept is specifically designed for business pleasure. Strategically located at Happy Garden, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur, the hotel comes with 49 rooms and a meeting room. Basic concierge service is provided, and guests will be able to enjoy discounts and benefits under Winfar Group.

Winfar Group owns a total of 13 commercial properties at present, and we aim to acquire more attractive commercial properties in the future to generate a higher rental income. Our current focus in the Southern part of Kuala Lumpur, where the property market has grown tremendously due to the concentration of major property developers and the improvement of road and rail network infrastructure. We concentrate on the acquisition of land in this part of Klang Valley where there is a high potential for development projects.

We manage the areas of sales and marketing for new projects, and we manage the sub-sale and rental/leasing for the completed property units owned by Winfar and its purchasers.
